Jack slab barken with automatic vacuum

It’s an automatic loading robot with a drive table. Its main feature is a frame equipped with 18 or 21 suckers, which are placed in the optimization of the surface of the covering of the slabs for loading.

The suckers of this device are located in 3 different sizes on the surface of the device so that they can perform well when faced with broken stones .

In this machine, the suckers are located in a separate table, which is controlled by 4 hydraulic jacks .

The advantage of this is the slow movement of the moving table, which does not cause the slightest damage to the stone during loading and unloading .

The carrier has a touch control panel to adjust, and all parameters are detected and controlled by an ultrasonic sensor . The existing slab Jack is controlled using snail and inverter gearboxes and creates psychological movement for the device .

The automatic operation of the wagon is carried out using sensors: they check the position of the device, the presence or absence of slabs and the connection with the roller conveyor.

All this operation will be carried out using the PLC system .

The solver carrier is available with an increased load of 1500 kg or 2500 kg.
