Automatic unloading slab jack

It is an automatic unloading robot that is equipped with a hydraulic double-jack to restrain the lower part of the slab stones. This carrier has a touch control panel for adjustment, and all parameters are detected and controlled by an ultrasonic sensor. The existing slab jacks are controlled using spiral gearboxes and inverters and create smooth movement for the device. The automatic operation of the wagon is carried out using sensors: they check the position of the machine, the presence or absence of slabs and the connection with the roller conveyor. All these operations will be done using the PLC system. The SAT carrier is available with 1500 kg or 2500 kg load increments
